This feeling can even block our attempts at using the Law of Attraction.

It’s important to remember that feeling overwhelmed is a natural stress response and doesn’t mean that you’re weak or incapable. In fact, acknowledging and accepting these emotions is the first step toward finding a solution. In this article, we’ll explore some practical ways that can help you cope with feeling overwhelmed.

The first step in dealing with feeling overwhelmed is to ground yourself. Sensory grounding is a technique that involves focusing on your senses to help you stay present in the moment. To do this, list five things you can see, four things you can hear, three things you can feel, two things you can smell, and one thing you can taste. This technique helps to shift your attention away from yourself, allowing your subconscious to work on the issues.

Another effective way to cope with feeling overwhelmed is to write down your thoughts and feelings. Journaling is a powerful release that can help you organize your thoughts and feelings, reflect on your experiences, and gain clarity about your situation. Writing down your thoughts can also help clear your mind, making you feel less overwhelmed and more focused. You can also include a gratitude list to help you focus on positive things rather than the distress you’re feeling.

Physical activity is another great way to cope with feeling overwhelmed. Exercise helps to release endorphins, which are natural mood boosters that can help you feel better and reduce stress. It can be as easy as a walk, a yoga session, or more strenuous like a gym or a run.

Breathing exercises are also a useful tool in coping with feeling overwhelmed.
