Understanding the signs of physical energy depletion is crucial for maintaining overall well-being. You might notice an overwhelming sense of fatigue that persists even after rest. Simple activities that once felt effortless now leave you breathless or exhausted. Perhaps you find yourself relying more heavily on caffeine or sugar to get through the day, craving quick energy boosts to compensate for your flagging vitality.
