It’s the invisible current that shapes our worldviews, influences our behavior, and connects us to a larger community. Cultural energy manifests in our language, art, food, traditions, social norms, and collective narratives.

When we’re in harmony with our cultural energy, we feel a sense of belonging, understanding, and pride in our heritage. We navigate social situations with ease, drawing strength from shared understanding and communal bonds. However, when our relationship with cultural energy is strained, we might feel disconnected, misunderstood, or caught between conflicting cultural expectations.

Recognizing Cultural Energy Imbalance
